Moné is passionate about serving in an area where financial knowledge is often lacking. In many cultures, the importance of insurance is often overlooked, leading families to rely on fundraising efforts instead of securing life insurance. Her ten years in the entertainment industry exposed her to the financial struggles of fellow entertainers, driving her to transition into insurance to educate and defend the financial well-being of others.

 

My educational and professional journey has been remarkable, driven by a commitment to excellence and social impact. I began my studies at Fisk University, a prestigious HBCU in Nashville, Tennessee, and later returned to school to enhance my skills at Harvard Business School and the Wharton School.

 

For ten years, I successfully owned and operated a property and casualty insurance agency, gaining valuable business management experience. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to become president of the Collaborative Expansion Foundation, a nonprofit that provides financial education and support to seniors and young adults seeking career guidance. I also co-chaired the March For Our Lives and the Mayor Tom Bradley Celebration in Los Angeles, both of which attracted over 100,000 attendees.

 

Now, as a disruptor in the insurtech industry with BIVX Wealth & Insurance Solutions, I am transforming my traditional business into a comprehensive insurtech platform offering various insurance products. In 2023, my goals are to enhance our services and promote financial inclusion and well-being while spending more time with my family and creating children's books and magazines to improve financial literacy.

 

My hobbies include professional speaking, writing e-books, and developing financial games with my son to teach kids about money, all while fostering better communication through technology to achieve success in a global economy.
